Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the Mafia without a host mobile application (“App”), owned by THE COOL COMPANY, TOO (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

The App is intended to host a game of Mafia on a compatible Apple device. You may use the App for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or attempt to extract the App’s source code, except where expressly permitted by law.

Game data

Player names, selected roles, settings, and information about the current game are processed and stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the data you enter and for access to your device during play.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, source code, graphics, audio, and branding, is the intellectual property of THE COOL COMPANY, TOO or is used lawfully. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or its content to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties, including warranties that the App will operate without interruption or errors or be fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE COOL COMPANY, TOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

Ending use

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may stop distributing or supporting the App at any time, subject to applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Continuing to use the App after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country remain in effect.
